Sharing your experience of postnatal depression can be daunting, empowering and a brave first step toward your recovery.
Even if you write it down and decide not to share, it is a useful form of expression. If you like, you can request to remain anonymous and your identity will be strictly confidential. A draft post will also be sent to you for your approval. Visit the contact page and select "Share My Story" to proceed. You can either copy and paste your story into the contact box directly or send a short message letting me know that you would like to participate. We can then chat via email.
Sharing your story will help others to know they are not alone, increase awareness about this very important issue and reduce the stigma associated with postnatal depression.
