The Postnatal Project is an award winning online movement, founded by Zelma Broadfoot in 2016.
Zelma has a special interest in the fourth trimester, breastfeeding, gentle parenting, birth trauma and postnatal depression and offers support and encouragement during the perinatal period using lived experience as well as formal training.
