I truly benefited from injecting some mindfulness, positivity and self kindness into my daily life, which is often a struggle with two small children.
The strategies included great practical ways to look inwards and outwards and fully embrace the ups and downs - all of the emotions that we feel so strongly as mothers. Too often mothers neglect their own needs and this is a wonderful way to make self care a part of your daily life, benefiting your whole family!
