The Postnatal Project is all about supporting families on their parenting journey - what better way than to connect you with others.
With a focus on wellness, this group will provide inspiration to take home and support you to grow whilst increasing your connection to your community.
For the price of a takeaway coffee:
-Meet like-minded parents
-Gain supportive information in a group setting
-Connect with and look after your emotional wellbeing
This is an open group. Feel free to attend one or all.
Open to parents and carers with children of all age groups. Children welcome!

Friday 2nd August - 1:30pm: Loss of identity and finding time for self (BOOKED OUT!)
Becoming a parent can be a period of adjustment. Even if you're a few years deep into this journey, you will benefit. We talk about how to cope with the transition to parenthood and how to find time for yourself.
Future sessions: TBA and decided by the group (check back here closer to the session)
THE NITTY GRITTY
Cancellations: permitted up to 48 prior to the scheduled session with a full refund. After this time, your booking fee will be forfeited.
