​REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days.

Please contact Zelma via hello@thepostnatalproject.com if you have any concerns or difficulty downloading accessing or using your content prior to requesting a refund.

You are eligible for a refund on ebooks, online programs and downloads for 30 days from the purchase date.

Due to the personalised nature of the offering, email consults are refunded at my discretion.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund outside of these timeframes.

Once finalised, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
